This course is designed to reinforce and expand on the skills students learned in LANG 101 Writing Skills 1 for Health Sciences. Students will learn to design and write a variety of health science documents including research reports, field reports, case studies, employment portfolios, correspondence, and oral presentation preparation. Students will also review basic grammar, participate in program-related verbal communication, and develop advanced editing and stylistic skills. Again, as in LANG 101, these skills will support the practical and theoretical skills learned in all program courses.
