Course Description

This course is designed to familiarize Law Clerk students with the practice and procedures of civil litigation in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice from commencement of the action to the discovery stage. An emphasis will be placed on obtaining a working familiarity with applicable Rules of Civil Procedure and forms, and students will be required to draft some of the necessary documents in civil litigation.
