Course Description
This course is designed to give the law clerk in a law firm or corporation a practical understanding and skills relating to collection of funds. Emphasis is placed upon the Small Claims Court as a forum for obtaining judgments. However, various devices to document and secure debts and procedures for enforcement of judgments in both Small Claims and Superior Court of Justice will also be considered.
