Course Description

This course will familiarize the Law Clerk student with the law relating to marriage, separation, divorce and other aspects of family relationships. Students will become familiar with documents related to divorce, financial and property issues, and will be able to recognize, analyze and formulate procedures for dealing with family law problems.
