This course provides the student with sequential skill building techniques, applications of skills and combined applications of these skills. The testing allows the student to think out and develop mastery over these problems. The topics covered in this course include arithmetic operations, algebra, linear equations, formulae and their associated applications as well as an in-depth look at graphing. The critical skills mastered in this course serve as a foundation and prerequisite for further mathematics related courses in the health sciences and technology fields.
