This is a course in statistics and matrix algebra. Statistics: Graphical presentation of data; measures of central tendency; measures of variation; probability; frequency distributions; normal distributions; sampling distributions; method of least squares and regression. Use of computer software to solve statistics-related problems. Matrices: Review of basic matrix operations and concepts. Application of matrix methods to solve systems-of-simultaneous-equations problems. Use of computer software to solve matrix problems.
