Course Description

This introductory course provides an opportunity for students to examine individual and group behaviour in the workplace and the implications for effective management and leadership of people. Students will consider individual work behaviours based on values and attitudes, as well social behaviours and organizational processes. The course provides an opportunity to view the total organization from a structural and organizational change perspective. Students will be challenged to enrich their own individual careers through application of organizational behaviour theory and behavioural skills.
