This course provides an introduction to the programming of Android. Android is the system running a new generation of smart phones and is based on the Linux operating system. It is programmed by creating Java applications which run under the control of the operating system. Students will learn the concepts of Android and how to create games that display a user interface and use OpenGL ES.
