MS Project for Project Practitioners

This course offers an in-depth look at project scheduling using the Project Management Institutes "Scheduling Practice Standard" as its foundation. In a computer lab setting students will get hands on experience using Microsoft's MS Project as they work through a series of exercises and assignments that reinforce best practices in the following areas:

• Schedule Management
• Schedule Creation
• Schedule Maintenance
• Schedule Analysis
• Schedule Communication and Reporting

Note: This course meets the eligibility criteria for the Project Management Educational Requirements component of the PMI-SP* accreditation.
