Operating a Development Office

Lectures provide a theory framework before students move into a series of case studies that explore topics such as strategy, decision-making and negotiation. Applying all the skills and knowledge learned in the Fundraising Management program to date, students will gain knowledge and experience solving challenges that are common to development offices, enhancing their preparedness for their internship and career.
