Course Description

The Project Management Principles course provides students with baseline knowledge of the tools and techniques required to manage projects. The course follows the methodology of managing projects as recommended by the Project Management Institute, (PMI). The topics cover all of the project management knowledge areas, in addition to the tools and techniques that are used for managing projects successfully.
