Course Description
The Project Procurement course provides students with a detailed understanding of the tools and techniques required to procure goods and services for projects. Procurement and Contract Management introduces students to the methodology of purchasing goods and services from both the buyer and seller's perspective. The topics cover all of the processes from the requirement stage to contract close out. The course also focuses on managing these activities in order to complete the procurement of goods and services for the project successfully.
