Portfolio Development

This course is focused on preparing students for the end of the year portfolio presentation and future presentations of their portfolios. This involves the creation of the student?s personal portfolio site, improvement on existing portfolio pieces and the creation of a collaborative project to promote the portfolio show. The class is partially organized as a studio course to facilitate development of the portfolios and feedback (one-on-one and group). Specialized lectures in topics such as industry structure, and guest speakers are added to studio classes. Guest speakers are also brought in give feedback to students on their portfolios in progress.
