This course provides an in-depth look at consumer behaviour and the marketing research methods sport organizations implement to understand their customers. Students gain a thorough understanding of the marketing research process and the methods used for obtaining research data. Students develop skills in collecting and analyzing data and applying research information to make sound business decisions. This course also prepares students for their research work in the course Sport Research Project.
