This course is an introduction to semiconductors, including the diode family, the bipolar junction transistor (BJT) and the field effect transistor (FET). Applications of these devices are examined including the full-wave capacitor filtered rectifier, the BJT and FET switch and both small signal and power BJT amplifiers.
