Tour Operator Reservations

This course prepares students to function effectively in the computerized environment of a Tour Operator. Humber, through access to the technology used today by its industry partner Transat Holidays, trains students on the REVNET Reservation System. Students will create, retrieve, modify and cancel a variety of tour bookings. In addition, students examine and interpret numerous information screens as they relate to a variety of client situations. This course provides the opportunity for students to develop the skills and knowledge needed for internships and career options with tour operators.
