Traditional Chinese Medicine Diagnosis

This course focuses on the traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) diagnostic system. Students learning will include how to establish priorities for assessment and treatment planning and patient assessment. Through lectures, case analysis and hands-on practice, students will learn how to organize and interpret the collected information using the various TCM syndrome differentiation methods. Students will also learn how to incorporate information obtained from biomedical diagnostic data and health history to make the TCM diagnosis.
