Course Description
Students will be challenged with working from the live model - the most demanding of any discipline in the visual arts, and the foundational basis for all great figurative art and anthropomorphic design. Students will apply skills learned in the Anatomy course. Principles observed in the figurative treatments addressed in the historical overview will be identified and creatively applied, combining visual culture with contemporary practice.
