CDFM- Maintenance Service Requests

Use the Building OPS Console to submit and track your requests for general repairs, cleaning, event setups, snow removal, lighting, temperature and other general building operations concerns.

Please be specific in the nature of the concern by selecting carefully from both the Type of Problem  and the Problem Sub Category pick menus provided. As an example for a broken door  you would select :

Choose Type of Problem 

           1. Building Services 

Choose Sub Category

                1. Finishes

                    2. Doorways

                 3. Furniture

                  4 Envelope

Choosing correctly enables our repair staff to be notified automatically upon ticket submission. If you do not select anything from these menus your request will be routed to a dispatch person for evaluation and it will delay the issuing of your request to the craftsperson required.
