Over the next five to ten years, the Greater Toronto Area will experience significant population growth and increasing postsecondary education participation rates. In response to this, Humber is preparing to enhance its contribution to building the area's economic capacity and the region's need for an additional 70,000 to 90,000 postsecondary student spaces.

The School of Applied Technology is the only school of its kind in Canada to provide technical programming from design through manufacture, allowing students to take ideas from concept to commercialization. Within the framework of a polytechnic vision Humber offers four-year bachelor's degrees, two- and three-year diplomas, certificates and apprenticeships. Faculty members are experienced and respected professionals, supported by strong industry contacts and the latest in software technology, facilities and equipment.
