In order to receive a vaccine at the health centre you will first need to see one of our doctors who will determine which vaccines you require.

The following vaccines are available in the Health Centre. Please download and review the fact sheet for the vaccine(s) which you will be receiving.

In order to expedite your visit to the Health centre you are asked to download and bring the completed screening sheet with you when you come to the health centre for your shot.
