This includes some preventative vaccines: Gardasil vaccine (prevents HPV infection), Varivax vaccine (chicken pox), Adacel (tetanus, diphtheria and pertussis) and Menactra (meningitis vaccine).

EXCLUSIONS:

• Birth control products
• Some preventative vaccines including Hepatitis B vaccine
• Anti-smoking remedies (nicorette gum, patches or similar products)
• Acne preparations including Accutane or medicines available without a prescription
