Walk-in to See Nurse

The nurse is available on a walk-in basis during regular office hours. You are able to see a nurse without a Health Card.

On your first visit to the Health Centre you will be asked to read about your Personal Health Information and our Practices and sign a form indicating you understand our policy.

To save time you are able to download the following forms and bring the completed form with you to the Health Centre on your first visit.

The Nurse will see you and assess your needs. If necessary she will refer you to the Nurse Practitioner, the College Physician or a local walk-in or doctor’s clinic.
