Getting Your Shots

The Health Centre can provide many of the common vaccines including those which are required for your Immunization record if you are unable to receive them at your doctor’s office.

All full-time students have 80% coverage under the HSF Student Insurance Plan for the cost of Varivax, Menactra and Gardasil vaccines. You can purchase and receive these vaccines in the Health Centre and submit the receipt along with a claim form available from HSF, for your refund.

The following vaccines are available at the Health Centre:

In order to expedite your time in the Health Centre, you are invited to download and read the Fact Sheet for the immunization you need. Then you will need to download and fill out the matching Form / Screening Sheet prior to coming to the Health Centre.
