Medical Emergencies

A medical emergency is an injury or illness that is acute and poses an immediate risk to a person's life or long term health. These emergencies may require assistance from another person, who should ideally be suitably qualified to do so.

North and Lakeshore Campus

  • For an on-campus medical emergency during and after-hours call 4000.
  • For other Emergency numbers Department of Public Safety
  • For an off-campus medical emergency call 911.

Orangeville Campus

In case of a medical or mental health emergency, Humber or Alder Street Complex staff or students are to call 911.
Emergency first aid response and CPR will be provided by the Town of Orangeville Recreation staff and Humber staff trained in First Aid and CPR.
