Institute of Language and Culture

Language skills are a powerful work and business tool, as well as a means of gaining access to other cultures. In our courses, based on conversation and proper language structure learning, you will move quickly and efficiently through American Sign Language, Chinese(Mandarin), French, Italian, or Spanish. Taught by experienced professionals, our classes are enjoyable, rich in cultural content, and enhanced by role-playing, games, and video and/or audio presentations. Our classes usually have fewer than 25 students.
Students can begin at any level based on their previous experience with the language (rather than having to start as a beginner) but will be assessed in the first class to ensure proper placement. (This does not apply to English courses.)
Note: Courses offered through the Institute of Language and Culture do not qualify as General Education courses.
