Performances by participating groups as well as afternoon concerts are all FREE and open to the public.
We request groups to arrive an hour before their performance time to check in at registration and make sure we have the correct information pertaining to your performance (the forms will be sent to you via email). After registration, you will be escorted to a warm-up room where you will have approximately 20 minutes before you are called to the stage for your performance.
Parking will be available (and FREE!) in the parking lot on 23rd Street (south of Lake Shore Blvd. West)
There is a cafeteria onsite (hours are 8:30am to 5:00pm) if you wish to purchase any lunch or refreshments.
