Ethics, Issues and Trends in Sports

This course examines the many ethical issues that exist in sport, with the goal of providing students with the tools they will need to make proper moral decisions in the sport management industry. It looks at the values and principles that are used to establish behavioural standards in sport. These are studied at all levels of sport including athlete, coach and administrator. Current issues and future trends in sport are also studied. Classes are very interactive, and attendance and participation is critical to success.
