IT Project Management

This course seeks to enable learners to apply project management knowledge to IT specific projects, where the candidate will learn various system methodologies practiced in the industry. It will introduce students to the IT Project Organization; methodologies used in Systems Development; tools, techniques and phases in Waterfall, Iterative and Agile methodologies; Quality Assurance in IT Projects; IT Contracts and Procurement and other trends in IT Project Management.
