Business Law (Tort and Contract)

The course will introduce the law clerk student to Canada's legal system including legal philosophies, the constitution, and court systems. The introduction to the law will emphasize contract and tort law in Ontario, including various defenses, challenges, problems, as well as agencies, and insurance.
