Your teachers are excellent resources! Any questions you have about being prepared for the first day, about your program or materials can all be answered at Orientation.

The Orientation department teams up with your Humber Students' Federation to give students a ton of great socials during Orientation. In the past, we've had HSF host open mic nights, hypnotists, foam parties and many great high energy socials!

If you are walking, driving or taking public transit, it’s a good idea to figure out your travel times before the first day of class. Once you have a timetable you can also ask your Orientation Leader to show you where your first class is!
Humber is a big place and Orientation Day will make you feel more comfortable with your surroundings and make it easier for you to transition to Humber life.
Getting connected to Humber and all it has to offer early is proven to help you be more successful academically. Come to Orientation Day and meet some new people, connect with classmates and faculty and get started in the right direction!
