In one year, this unique set of international development courses provides the skills, knowledge and experience required to identify, grow, develop and manage projects anywhere in the world. Both humanitarian qualities and management skills are needed to excel in this challenging career that involves managing international aid and disaster relief projects. Graduates will find themselves in some of the most difficult environments in the world for long periods of time – far from familiar services and technology. Faculty are chosen for their expertise and experience in international development – most continue to work with numerous international non-government organizations (NGOs) while teaching at Humber part time.
