Humber College is 'Private Property', meaning that individuals are granted consent to park in specific areas under certain circumstances. Parking in the controlled access parking lots is by permission only between the hours of midnight and 8:00 p.m. Monday to Friday. This authorization takes the form of a valid parking permit.
All individuals parking at Humber are required to pay parking fees. People who drive and park a vehicle on College property are deemed to do so by permission only, whether the parking is provided in a pay lot, in a permit lot, or in a visitor space.
