The Humber College Sailing & Power Boating Centre began operations in 1972. Since then, we have grown to become the largest Sailing Centre in Eastern Canada. However, our commitment to excellence has not changed. We continue to grow and our number one source for new customers is still “word of mouth”.

We are a comprehensive sailing centre that offers three types of activities:

• training in sailing and powerboating
• a sailing club for those of you who do not own a boat
• corporate training for companies who would like to meet or team build at a great waterfront setting

By combining our ideal location, first rate, and very well-maintained boats, and the finest staff available, we believe we have a winning formula. Our goal of helping you achieve your learning or recreational goals is our priority.

Our Staff

Humber Sailing and Power Boating Centre Staff have extensive sailing experience that includes ocean deliveries, worldwide racing and cruising. They have been selected for their maturity, enthusiasm, positive attitude and excellent teaching skills. Their performance is constantly monitored and attendance at regular development sessions ensures their knowledge of recent training techniques. Their instruction is professional and taught in a friendly atmosphere.
