Pleasure Craft Operators Card Exam Challenge
As of April 1999, operators of power driven vessels are required to have successfully written the Pleasure Craft Operators Card exam, a 50 question exam covering all aspects of boating including sailing, power vessel regulations, PWC and waterski safety. This exam is very thorough and requires considerable preparation before writing it.
AS OF SEPTEMBER 15, 2009, ALL OPERATORS OF PLEASURE CRAFT FITTED WITH A MOTOR ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE THIS CARD.
Humber offers the PCOC exam challenge for the experienced boater, open to both adults and youth.
Those of you who would like to write the exam, can have it marked, reviewed and, upon successful completion, receive a temporary card. This can be arranged by calling the Centre and making an appointment.
Fee: $60.00 (course fee includes HST)
