Skipper Development
This 12-hour course is designed for the new Basic Keelboat Cruising graduate who has had some sailing experience since taking the course. The course will sharpen existing sailing skills and teach skipper responsibilities. It will focus on boating safety, responsible crew management and emergency procedures.
It is recommended that students have the PCOC (Pleasure Craft Operator's Card), Toronto Habour Licence and VHF Radio Operator's Licence. Upon successful completion, the student will be given "Skipper A" recognition by Humber Sailing Club.
