Toronto Harbour Licence - Private Testing

You can now test for the Toronto Harbour Licence at our site at YOUR convenience. Testing takes about two hours and includes a practice session on our motorboats, all study materials in advance and one-on-one take up of the exam. Licence is issued on the spot. Please book testing one week in advance.

VHF Radio Operators Certificate Private Testing

You can now test for the VHF Radio Operators Certificate with Digital Selective Calling (DSC) endorsement at your convenience. Testing takes about one and a half hours. You can purchase a textbook in advance if you wish
