This course is for those that want to learn how to ride a scooter.

This is an ideal course for those who would like to experience first hand, the fun of riding a scooter. The course is completely suitable for those who have never ridden a scooter before as well as for those who have some previous riding experience. (You need to have the skills to ride a bicycle)

We start with the very basic skills, including balancing, proper braking, starting the engine, slow speed riding, etc. Then we address important skills such as curves and collision avoidance techniques.

When you successfully complete the course, you will receive a Humber College certificate which may help with your insurance.

Most people have acquired sufficient skills to do their testing at the MTO for an M2 after having taken this course.

One of our KYMCO 50cc “Super 9” scooters. They have a seat height of 800mm. We prefer to use these scooters to teach you the fundamentals which then enable you to transit to a larger CC vehicle much easier.

This 1 day course is held on either on a Saturday or a Sunday.

The student must arrive with his or her proper riding gear
