Humber is committed to providing an inclusive environment free from discrimination and harassment. To this regard, Humber’s Human Rights Policy has been revised and now addresses psychological/personal harassment, also known as “Bullying”. This workshop includes an overview of Humber’s Human Rights Policy within the context of the 17 grounds of discrimination, as outlined in the Ontario Human Rights Code.

Goal of the Workshop: To increase and reinforce employees' awareness of Humber's Human Rights Policy and its implications for action.
