The mandate of the Sustainability Coordinating Committee is to foster and support a culture of sustainability at Humber. This includes making campus operations more sustainable, as well as coordinating Humber’s efforts to increase the environmental literacy of students, faculty and staff.
The coordinating committee is comprised of representatives of all areas of the college, and includes students, faculty, admin and staff. In addition there are Green Teams in each school and department, who contribute ideas, host activities, and promote sustainable practices throughout the college.
