TAP sessions are once a week, for one hour in length and are incorporated into your class schedule
Meet in small groups with students in your Faculty
Sessions are facilitated by an upper-year student (TAP Leader) from your academic school
TAP leaders work with you to plan workshops and activities to meet your needs
Workshop topics can include: Time Management, Study Skills, Career Development, and Health and Wellness
There is time to socialize and relax with peers in your area of study
Meet with visiting faculty members
Refreshments are served at every session
Weekly Prizes are given for attendance in the program
