Welcome to Humber’s United Way campaign for 2023!

Each year, we ask Humber employees to support United Way of Greater Toronto through regular payroll deductions, one-time donations or by participating in fundraising activities.

United Way fights against poverty by meeting the immediate needs of our neighbors - food, shelter, mental health support - while also using research, advocacy and partnerships to change systems that cause inequality.

How the United Way Helps

The United Way supports research into the causes and effects of labour market changes and recently issued the Getting Left Behind report. Importantly, it also puts research into action by providing opportunities for youth and addressing income inequality. Watch the videos below to learn how the United Way helps our community.

Employee Donations

Your support of United Way will help build stronger communities, and give young people the chance to reach their full potential.

Giving to United Way couldn’t be easier. Full-time employees of the College will receive a personal email asking them to consider giving to United Way through a one-time or recurring donation. Donations can be made online through payroll deduction, or by credit card.

Did you know? You can designate your United Way donation to other specific charities, including Humber College to support our students.
