The Blossom Fund

The Blossom Fund was established by Humber College’s recently retired Vice President, Advancement & External Affairs, Alister Mathieson. The Blossom Fund provides scholarships and support to Humber students with disabilities and mental health challenges, and associated programs to enable their success at Humber College.

Alister is the author of five children’s books including his newest book, Our Canada. A Year with Canuck Kids. Humber staff Kelly Jackson and Diane Simpson join Alister on his latest writing journey and co-authored this latest addition to his suite of children’s books.

His other books include: Canada: Our Road to Democracy; Canada: Our Home and Native Land; Grandma and Grandpa’s Toronto Adventure; and Are We There Yet?

Net proceeds from the sales of these books are donated to The Blossom Fund at Humber College.
