Humber's Mentoring Program is designed to assist less experienced Humber faculty acquire the skills and institutional knowledge needed to advance their teaching practice.
Mentees will have the opportunity to be matched, based on certain criteria, with a Mentor who can provide valuable insights; tools, and the guidance needed to support them in the classroom.
Faculty members who are interested in being a Mentor will need to agree to participate in Mentoring training and will be required to meet his/her Mentee regularly over a specified period of time.
Details on all activities, program guidelines, level of commitment and expectations will be outlined upon request.
