Understanding the footage you are working with, and knowing its specs and limitations is key to being able to successfully complete a VFX shot. To gain this understanding, students will use live footage to begin integrating with CG elements. Green screen, HDR, & tracking techniques will be explored, all of which will be encountered daily in the field. The knowledge gained will be invaluable to those hoping to pursue careers as compositors, editors and VFX supervisors.
