This course examines, through case study and industry speakers, keys to successful client/agency relationships. Times change and the relationships must change with them. How do successful companies measure agency success, and what options are available to the agency or the client in the event of relationship failures? What are the hard and soft measures of a relationship's success? Signs can be read by strong account managers, and in this course, students will examine how to keep the relationship profitable, efficient, productive and alive by keeping an eye on the client changing culture, products and overall needs.
