This course will teach participants how to create a scope of work and a detailed project plan for various creative projects. It will include strategy development, idea creation and research and will build on the production course. Emphasis will be placed on project management, which includes intangible processes like idea creation and subjective evaluation. Production aspects will be key. This course will also get into more detail of the production aspects, including production in print, video and digital mediums. Rather than learn how to produce ads, participants will be introduced to the process involved in each and will gain an understanding of what is involved, including costs and timelines, for each. Project management and setting expectations for each client situation will be examined.
