This course prepares students for the workplace. Emphasis will be placed on interpersonal skills and critical thinking skills needed in the dynamic and competitive field of advertising. Principles and theories of organizational behavior, structure and culture will be addressed along with decision-making skills, negotiation, conflict resolution and leadership skills. Students will have the opportunity to apply theory through participative and practical exercises. This course builds on the theoretical principles developed in the first semesters by adding leadership and, decision making skills.
