This course builds on the skills and knowledge acquired in Corporate Finance 1. Students will take an in-depth look at cost of capital, capital budgeting, optimal capital structures and risk analysis in a capital budgeting context. Students will learn about the use of capital markets including options. They will also cover short-term financing and the management of short-term assets.
