This introductory course allows students to develop a broad understanding of entrepreneurship as it relates to business in the media and creative arts sectors. The course will help students evaluate whether the independent business route is for them by developing an understanding of what is required to start and run a successful business of their own. From idea refinement to business plan development and management, the course provides an experiential approach to best practices, sharpening their problem solving and decision-making skills.
